Evolution of Bridge Deck & Akas - as of 06 February 2016

The Bridge Deck and Akas component consists of the crossbeams which join the two hulls together ( the Akas (( Aka is singular )) and which are literally lashed to the two hulls with rope ( catamaran means wood tied together..  this is the essence of a catamaran ).  The decking is attached to the akas to form the bridge deck, and the pods, masts and other appurtenances are attached/built onto or into the bridge deck.  These are the fore and aft masts, Nav-Pod, Galley Pod, Forward Sundeck/Seating Area/Mast-Brace Pod, two Engine Boxes, and Bowsprit.

As of now, this assembly does not exist.  We have a dry mockup using some of the components.
